1st Springfield Stop -- Hong Kong Inn

A Springfield resident should have already eaten at Hong Kong Inn (1645 N. Glenstone Ave.) or be making plans to eat here. Especially if you have lived in Springfield when you were young and poor. (Before you became a food snob.) Back in the day when hot and cheap was still what you were aiming for in your culinary options. The special (pictured above) is more than one person should eat and still under $4 all day.

Mmm...I love their cashew chicken, but Canton Inn is still my favorite!

Chinese food is one of my favorites! Every time I drive by this place, there are a ton of people there. I've never eaten there, but I think I need to check it out soon!

Mel - Hong Kong rules!! It is the best, cheap Chinese food in the area. I never spend more the $5 and that usually includes a drink.

The sweet and sour chicken is the best at Hong Kong Inn! I'm glad you were able to join the club of Hong Kong lovers :) They also have GREAT crab rangoon!!
